If you follow our Facebook page, you are probably aware that our dear friend Steve, (Wendy’s husband), recently had surgery after chemo failed to control his brain tumor. After 15 months of chemo and now brain surgery, I’m sure you can imagine the kinds of hospital bills he’s looking at.
Help us help Steve with a fundraiser on Saturday, January 24th! All activities at the Moline Viking Club, 1450 41st Street, Moline.
5:00-7:00pm = Bake Sale, Raffle, Silent Auction, Sign “QC’s Largest Get Well Card”, Cash Bar, Early Bird Raffle/Auction Items

7:00-10:00pm = Trivia Night
Join us from 5-7pm to kick off the activities! We will have a giant Get Well card that we want everyone to sign as we send Steve our healing wishes & encouragement. Bake Sale items and cash bar will be available, (and possibly pizza for sale by the slice but we’ll let you know for sure on that one.) Awesome gift baskets will be raffled with tickets costing $1 for 1 ticket, $5 for 6 tickets, $10 for an arms-length, or $20 for a wing-span (meaning as long as your arms can stretch, finger tip to finger tip.) As well, the Silent Auction will be open for business.
EARLY BIRD AUCTION/RAFFLE items available!! There will be several Early Bird items with raffles & auctions ending at 6:45pm! Winners of these items will be announced by 6:50pm, before the Trivia Event begins. Come early to take advantage of these opportunities!
Trivia kicks off at 7pm with 10 rounds of 10 questions each. Limit 8 people per team, cost of $10 each, plus each table has the opportunity to purchase one set of 10 Mulligans (free answers) for $10 and one Double Down (double your score on one round) for $10. Mulligans and Double Down may be used at any time during play, (so as many Mulligans as you want per round.) Raffles & Silent Auction will continue throughout the night, including a 50/50 raffle, with winners drawn following the conclusion of trivia. Bake Sale items will be available as long as they last. Cash bar is hosted by the Viking Club and subject to their regulations. The giant Get Well card will also be available for signing all night.
